Jennifer Kirlin is the Designer, Party Stylist and Founder of BellaGrey Designs ~ where she designs and creates BOTH customized PRINTABLE and FULLY ASSEMBLED party designs. Jennifer opened her doors in September 2010 and has been busy creating party designs ever since. In September 2012 she added "We Create It, You Print It" division to her Etsy shop. Where you, the consumer, prints the party décor at home or takes it a local office supply store, cuts it and assembles it ~ you are then ready to celebrate!
