    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
    I don't accept returns or cancellations

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Digital downloads
    • Items on sale
    Returns and exchange details
    All sales are final within the exception of damages to your item, or wrong item shipped. If the wrong item is shipped, or your item is damaged, you must notify me within 24 hours of receiving it.

    If for any reason, you are unsatisfied, please contact me PRIOR to leaving any negative feedback. I take pride in my work, and want all my clients to be happy with what they receive! Please allow me the opportunity to work with you to remedy any problem you may have.
    Payment
    All payments are due in full prior to shipping. Paypal, Credit Cards, and Etsy Gift cards are all acceptable means of payment.
    Shipping
    Your package will be sent to the address you have on file with Etsy. Please make sure that your address is up to date and correct prior to completing your order. If for some reason, your order is shipped and returned to me, you will be charged in order for me to ship a second time to the correct address.

    Art prints and cards will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 1-10 business days, depending on the item ordered, sometimes earlier. Prints are packaged in a cellophane sleeve, and are shipped in bubble cushioned envelopes for protection. Please note that busy holidays may cause delays in shipping. I will do my best to keep you aware of this, should there be any delays with your order.
