Really poor communication. From the seller. Apparently they refunded the purchase but never communicated anything.

This feedback saddens me. For 7 years I have had my etsy shop and I have worked really hard to build a good rapport with customers. I did write an email to the buyer through the Etsy app explaining why I had cancelled the order, but for some reason it didn't send and I was unaware that it didn't send. I put my shop in vacation mode right after, as we are in the middle of a move and all of my supplies are boxed up. Upon receiving this feedback, I reached out to the buyer to ask how I can make this right and apologized, but did not receive a response. I care about each of my customers, and really try to please everyone. I'm sorry that I fell short this time.
