Hi there!

My name is Jules and I love beads! I am a single mother of one delightful little boy. This shop lets me work from home so I can spend as much time as I can with him.

BellasBeadsandMore (Bella's Beads and More) is my little slice of Beading Heaven. I purchase only items that I would personally use for all of you to enjoy as well. Right now, I only buy bronze/brass colored metals and I am slowly adding silver-colored findings to my inventory.

I LOVE color, the brighter the better, and my favorites are pink, red, purple and coral. So you will find a lot of brightly colored items in my shop.

I make jewelry, have a passion for needle felting and adore colorful beads. When I have time (ha ha) I like to make needle felted critters and plan to open another shop of critters and jewelry just so I can get in some creative time as well.

A few things about my shop:
*Please Take Note ~ to keep my prices low, I do EVERYTHING myself. Including photos, convos to answer questions, researching the next cool item for my shop, picking orders and packing/shipping them as well as all the bookkeeping. Please take this into consideration when ordering. I sincerely believe that shops, even supply shops on Etsy should come from the heart and be “home-based” and I would like to keep it this way.

*Customer Service ~ I do my best to fulfill special requests, answer questions and will go out of my way to satisfy my customers.

*Convos/Special Requests ~ I believe in superb customer service and try to return all my email/convo messages. If you ever have a question you can message me and I will try to return it promptly (unless I am out finding the next most awesome bead trend to hit Etsy), but keep in mind that I may take a couple of days to return messages if my schedule is super busy.

*Your Order ~ If you EVER have any comments, questions or have a problem with your order, please let me know! I work hard for you, I want to earn your repeat business.

*Shipping Time ~ Filling your order and shipping it out promptly is my main priority. I ship within 2 days of receiving your order (Monday through Friday, not on weekends).

Accepted payment methods

Paypal
Returns and exchanges
I accept refunds and exchanges within 5 days of receipt of the item. I always check to make sure the item is in perfect condition before shipping and I make sure to wrap with care. So these items should get to you safely. Please send me a message if you have any problems with your purchase.
Payment
I accept Paypal and money orders. Paypal is very easy to use and set up, and most online Etsy shops use it as preferred method of payment.

If you would like to place an order but do not want to sign up for PayPal, let me know, I can always email you an invoice that you can pay from without setting up a PayPal account, or you can click on the "Pay with Paypal" button and on the left of the Paypal screen you will see an area to enter your credit card information.

Please send money orders to me within 1 week of transaction. If I do not receive the money order or I don't get a response from you, I will have to restock your order and cancel the transaction.

I must receive all payments for orders within 5 days of ordering. If I do not receive payment and I do not hear from you for payment arrangements, I will need to cancel the order and re-stock the items. I will only fill orders that have been paid and can not reserve items without payment. Please make sure you pay promptly.

**All California residents must pay state sales tax**
Shipping
I use USPS First Class shipping, which takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders, 15 - 21 business days (Monday thru Friday) for international orders. If you prefer USPS Priority (2-3 days) or UPS, please let me know and I will revise your Paypal invoice.

I ship International as well. Please see the shipping costs at the bottom of each listing's description.

*** It can take me up to 3 days to process your order and prepare it for shipment. I ship Mondays through Fridays as well as most Saturdays.

~*~International Customers~*~
International First Class packages do not come with tracking numbers. If you would like the customs form number for your package, please let me know. If you would prefer to have your item sent via International Priority, please contact me so I can make arrangements for additional postage fee payment (if any applies).

Due to each nation's customs policies and during any busy holiday season, it is not uncommon for international packages to take up to 30+ business (Monday - Friday) days to reach it's destination. Please keep this in mind if your package does not reach you promptly.

I will send replacement packages once it has been 45 days with no package received. Please contact me for details.

Please keep in mind that colors vary on different montiors. All hand dyed products will vary in color from lot to lot.

I am definitely not a professional photographer. I do my best with my photos and I am in the process of retaking a lot of them when I can fit it in to my schedule. If you have a question on an item please let me know.
