Hi there!
My name is Bella and I'm the owner, designer, and creator of BellasBloomStudio.I'm a mother of two and married to an amazing man. We live in South Florida ,USA.
I created BellasBloomStudio in July of 2015, on the exact day of my little girl's Birthday
I liked the idea of being able to create lasting personal memories with just one image. I began working with flowers at a very early age and by age 11 won my first competition in IKEBANA designs .I have been really fortunate to work with nature and embrace the beauty life has to offer.
I've always thought life should be filled with beauty, laughter, and creativity. Many of my lovingly odd and whimsical items reflect that outlook.

I thought I'd share with you some of the exiting things that have happened with my business so far.

I get to sell my creations to wonderful people such as yourself. Some of my items are created with your help and most of the time named after the person the item was crafted for.Some of you shared your special memories for which We are really thankful .....and for any pictures you share with us and permit us to use in our shop.

Please note.... Flower crowns,Custom and made to order purchases are not eligible for refund due to the nature of these items
If you would like to initiate a return on an item, you MUST send your refund request via Etsy conversation within 3 business days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a refund, all returns must fit the following criteria
- sent back with your order number
- item must be in new, unused condition
- include all original packaging
- sent in a sturdy box - please package carefully as we are unable to accept returns that have been damaged in the mail.
Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed and processed the refund .
Return postage is buyer responsibility.
All claims for damaged goods must be made with the courier service that delivered the package. Please keep all original packaging and damaged merchandise until it has been inspected by the courier service. Kindly follow their guidelines for receiving credit. If you have any questions about this matter, feel free to contact BellasBloomStudio and we will assist you in any way that we can.
If there is a problem with your order I need to be notified within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
BellasBloomStudio accepts payment from Direct Pay in Etsy and Paypal which takes most major credit cards.You do NOT need a paypal account to process your payment, it merely serves as a payment processor. I also accept Etsy gift cards. If you have any questions regarding your payment, don't hesitate to contact BellasBloomStudio. Items will not be shipped until payment in full is received.

Shipping is usually executed by USPS Mail and Priority Mail with tracking. Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days depending on your location. Please keep this in mind, along with the current production time when ordering for your time sensitive event. Rush orders are accepted, but please contact me in advance of ordering to ensure your time frame can be accommodated. Subject to Rush Fee and Expedited Shipping Fee, which varies depending on item and location.

*** When Tracking Says Delivered, but You Did Not Receive It (USA buyers only) ***

USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day
Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, NOT the USPS HOTLINE Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and will provide helpful information
If the parcel does not show up ( rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. You can call the USPS Hotline to file a claim, or you can do it online. BellasBloomStudio cannot reimburse orders that were miss delivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!

I realize that it is very upsetting when you have made a purchase and do not receive the item(s) that you paid for. My goal is to resolve the situation fairly for all parties involved, and in order to do that, must go through all of the above channels to ensure the best possible outcome for all. My event is in 3 months .When should i Place my Order for Fresh Flowers ?

The Order could be placed 12 weeks in advance with note to seller for the event date .We schedule shipment 3 to 7 days prior to the event Priority mail 1 to 3 day delivery to prevent fragility,storage and insure maximum presentation of the flowers .

What's the difference between a Crown and hallo/circlet ??

The crown have 2 loops in the back and ribbon to help with adjustments .
Hallo/ Circlet is full circle No Ribbon and could be rotated depending on hair style.
