This is my first and certainly not the last purchase with Sarah. Her baby quilt was too beautiful to pass up I had to buy it in anticipation of beautiful grandchildren in the future hahaha And even lovelier in person. Fine, even & neat stitching, excellent quality, beautiful fabrics! Thank you so much Sarah! ❤️

Thanks for popping by. I hope you have found something you like. I do enjoy creating and so new items will be added regularly. My particular favourites are baby quilts and fabric advent calendars but I do also do larger quilts from time to time. Please check back to see what I have been working on :)

Payment
Paypal and Direct Checkout are my preferred payment options Credit card payments are welcome via Paypal and you can use this method even if you don't have a Paypal account. Please be aware that I cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. New Zealand is approx 12-16 hours ahead of most USA states, UK and Europe.

New Zealand buyers are able to use internet banking to pay in NZD, please convo me prior to purchase so that I can load that payment option and send my bank account details.

International buyers are responsible for all duty, tax and customs charges, including VAT. Please note that unclaimed packages may be treated as abandoned and destroyed by your postal service.
Shipping
I post via NZ Post International Air. Due to differences in time zones, I am often able to ship the same day you place your order. Packages arrive in 4-12 business days. Prices quoted for standard shipping, do not include tracking, but do automatically insure your items up to a value of NZD $2000 (approx USD $200). I have been posting to the USA, UK/Europe, and Australia for 19 years now and this service has been the cheapest and most convenient :)

Expediated shipping is also available, arriving in most destinations in 2-6 business days. You will need to select one of the expediated options in the drop down shipping menu at checkout if you require a fast service. Both of these options include full insurance up to NZD $2000 and tracking.

LOST / STOLEN / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES: In the very rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable as addressed, I will make every effort to track down your parcel with NZ Post. Items need to be missing for two weeks minimum from last day of expected delivery, before I can file a report with NZ Post. Once a report has been filed, NZ Post will make contact with you and require you to complete a form, that you must then send back to them, in order for the insurance claim to proceed. All forms need to be returned (by you and myself) to NZ Post before a refund or replacement can be actioned.

*** INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS***: All customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that unclaimed packages may be treated as abandoned and destroyed by your postal service.

Unfortunately it is not possible to track packages shipped via standard international air once they leave New Zealand, and delivery confirmation is NOT available on the standard shipping options provided. While I can provide proof of shipment , I am not often able to locate where they are. Sometimes it just takes a little bit longer for them to arrive, due to customs and busy shipping times such as the Christmas period. NZ Post stresses that you should allow 4-12 business days for packages to arrive. If you would like your item/s tracked and insured, please select either International Courier or International Express in the dropdown shipping menu at checkout. If your item does not arrive or arrives damaged, please convo me asap so that I can file a claim with NZ Post. In the event this occurs, they will also be sending you a form to complete, prior to processing a refund. All forms need to be returned (by you and myself) to NZ Post before a refund or replacement can be actioned.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you will love your item as much as I have loved and enjoyed making it.
Exhanges and refunds will be considered on a case by case basis as per the Consumer Guarantees Act, NZ 2002 and its subsequent amendments. Essentially this means:
1. To qualify for a refund, credit note or exchange, you must make contact with me to discuss your issue, PRIOR to returning the item, and any returns must be in new, saleable condition and arrive back with me within 30 business days of your purchase.
2. If purchasing as a gift, you must indicate this in the 'notes to seller' section at checkout, so that a gift exchange card can be included with your order. There are no refunds on unwanted gifts, but if you return the item with the exchange card, then you can exchange it for another item in my shop, or have a store credit. All shipping expenses in this situation to be paid by buyer.
3. In the event a credit note or exhange is granted, you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways.
4. Refunds are not available if you have just changed your mind about your purchase, so please choose carefully.
5. There are no returns, exchanges or store credits on custom or personalised items.
6. There are no returns, exchanges or store credits available on sale or discounted items, so please choose carefully.
7. If your item arrives damaged or has an undisclosed fault in the fabric or sewing, please convo me in the first instance, with photos, as it may be an insurance claim. I reserve the right to replace or refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and may be refunded once I have had a chance to inspect the return in person. In the event that an insurance claim is made, you will be expected to complete the forms sent to you by post and return them to the sender (NZ Post) in a timely fashion.
8. All items are shipped with care instructions. Failure to follow these instructions will void your warrenty under the Consumer Guarantees Act, NZ 2002 and its subsequent amendments.
9. Please do not alter the item in any way yourself as this will void your warranty under the Consumer Guarantees Act, NZ 2002 and its subsequent amendments.
