Each of our Giclee Fine Art prints are professionally printed on your choice of Archival Canvas Textured Matte Paper or Archival Smooth Matte Paper.

****Canvas Texture Paper: This paper has a subtle matte canvas like texture which imparts a soft finish to the inks while still retaining their vibrancy. This paper has a brighter white point prior to printing than the smooth matte paper so lighter backgrounds will appear slightly lighter with this paper.

****Smooth Matte Paper: A traditional paper which has a beautiful matte finish. This paper is slightly heavier than the canvas texture paper and has a warmer white point prior to printing.

We use Professional, Large Wide Format Fine-Art Giclee Epson printers along with archival Epson Giclee Inks which provide the most beautiful color gamut. The depth and clarity of color is truly impressive.

Belle Botanica A Little History.....

Hello and Welcome!

My love affair with collecting antique & vintage botanical images started many years ago and became Belle Botanica which means "Beautiful Botanicals" in French. I enjoy spending hours pouring through historical texts in search of old forgotten images and digitally restoring and reinterpreting them to create classic, timeless art that will live on for years to come.

I believe beauty is essential to life. Your home is your haven...it's where your life happens and the art you choose should be an expression of your personal style.

2011 - While living in Seattle, Washington and working full time for a software company in sales and marketing I decided to open an Etsy shop as a "creative outlet" from my day job.

Belle Botanica opened as a print shop featuring an eclectic mix of botanical,natural history and garden inspired prints. I also opened 2 other print shops on Etsy earlier that year - Belle Maison Art and Belle Mer Graphics.

2012 - As demand for my prints grew I was fortunate to be able to quit my day job and pursue my passion for digital art full time. My art was now being sold through museum gift shops and small retailers throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.

I also partnered with a Licensing Company to reproduce my art on products sold throughout the US and UK in Kirkland Home, World Market, Pier 1, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Dalani Home & Living among others.

2014 - 2015 Season 1 & Season 2 - Several of my prints are displayed on the set of the USA Network Television Comedy Series "Playing House."

My husband and I along with our two beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels Max & Cooper also decided to move to Boise, Idaho after several vacations to the area. We are surrounded by so much natural beauty which provides an abundance of inspiration.

BELLE BOTANICA TODAY.....

2015 - Belle Botanica Giclee prints are now printed on Archival Canvas with a wide range of sizes.

2016 - Our prints were featured in Season 3 of the popular series Fixer Upper!

2016 - We were also proud to have our canvas wall hangings featured on the March cover of Country Living Magazine! In addition, prints from our Belle Maison Art shop were featured in Season 3 of HGTV's Fixer Upper and in their "Magnolia Market" retail shop.

2016 - Scott said "good bye" to his career in marketing with a major commercial graphics company to join me full time. He handles our production, the wholesale division and marketing while I continue to create art and handle customer service for our 3 Etsy shops and Websites.

We also added a new addition to our "Belle Family"..... with a 3rd little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named "Belle" in honor of the joy the shops have brought to us!

2017 - We added Archival Canvas Texture Paper and Archival Smooth Matte Paper options. They have a beautiful matte finish and will be enjoyed for years to come. Our prints are now trimmed to size to make framing a breeze.

We were honored to be featured on Television shows, many Blogs and several Magazines - Country Home, Cottage Home, Romantic Homes and French Style.

2018 and Beyond- We'll continue to new inventory to the shops that is timeless yet on trend and we look forward to many wonderful years ahead!

US ORDERS

Production Time: Orders ship 5-7 Business Days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays.)

All purchases will be shipped to the address listed on your Etsy order.

Orders are shipped with the utmost care. 5x7, 8x10 and 11x14 prints are packaged with clear eco-friendly bags in stay flat mailers along with stiff backer boards. Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes.

US Orders Ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail depending on weight. You will receive an Etsy message with a USPS Tracking Number when your order is ready to ship.
