What does "HPPP" cover?
- Dead, dying, or severely damaged plants / accessories.
Pleas contact us within 30 DAYS of receiving the plant.
Please send a photo with your inquiry.
Specific things "HPPP" does not cover:
- Minor damage to foliage
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages*
- Freezing after delivery**
- Basic plant care neglect***
*We cannot be responsible for mistakes made by the delivery service.
**We guarantee the plant will arrive alive, but cannot guarantee it will survive once delivered in extreme temps and left outside.
*** Follow the care guides that we provide, different plants have different needs and we will only send a replacement to responsible plant parents!
We do not offer refunds but Please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Hi! My name is Ally. I grew up in South Wales, UK. Formally an elementary teacher, I now love the freedom and creativity of owning my own plant shop. I now reside in the beautiful mtns of Asheville NC.

Livvy is my amazing 15 year old that does pretty much everything I ask her to do around the studio. She loves to help out and earn extra allowance. When shes not helping, shes busy being a typical teenager, skiing and skateboarding.

Wholesale availability
I would love to entertain any wholesale inquiries.
Sizing details
Plant sizes vary and might differ from picture. I only buy robust, healthy plants locally.
When can I re-pot my plants??
We encourage people to wait at least 2 weeks before re-potting. Plants need time to adapt and acclimate to their new environment. We do not offer replacements for plants that die once they have been removed from their original container.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Let me know asap with a picture of the plant damaged and box damage if any. I will send a replacement immediately.
Will my plant freeze?
Due to being wrapped very well and then insulated in newspaper and bubble wrap, it is rare that our shipped plants freeze. To avoid freezing, please arrange for someone to be home on delivery day. You can also ask your local post office to hold it there for pick up. On the rare occasion that they have froze, it has been because they have been sitting on a door step in the cold.
We also offer heat packs for sale in our shop.

We guarantee that the plant you receive will be in good and healthy condition. We take great care packaging your plants to ensure that they arrive intact and just as nice as when we packed them. We ship all our plants Priority Shipping via USPS and it typically takes 1-3 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will be more than happy to replace or reimburse you.
***Please wait a couple of weeks before you re-pot. We are not responsible for plants that die after they are re-potted.***
What kind of wood is it and will it rot? I know some folks use cedar for that reason so I just wanted to check in and see which I should order!
Our live edge plaques are lightly coated polyurethane that repel water. Also, the ferns are in their own "cage" (chicken wire lined with moss) that you can detach and attach for easy watering so no need to worry about rotting.
