1 out of 5 starsLines do not line up, the big black dots come on the file and are not a watermark. Had to figure out how to get rid of them and then draw in part of the lines that were missing after removing the big black dots. Ended up having to find a completely different design.

I truly appreciate your feedback and it is unfortunate that you were so quick to give a one star review instead of contacting me personally with your concerns. I have never had anything other than 5 star reviews so obviously I work to satisfy and make all of my customers happy. I will gladly be refunding you your DOLLAR. FYI: The "big, black dots" are the holes of the paper and clearly not a part of the watermark. My designs are whimsical and not precise so I apologize for the lines not being exact. But hey, thank you for the feedback! I truly did not know of any issues with this design because you are the first person to reach out to me about it. I will be sure to modify my description to be more accurate better yet I will probably just delete it!!!! Have a good day.

Care instructions
All door hangers are made from MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) unless otherwise noted. MDF is solid, but not super heavy. It is also not waterproof, so you will want to keep your door hanger on a covered porch/door. All door hangers are sealed on the front and backs for protection from light weathering and fading. I recommend reapplying seasonally.
Does the door hanger come with a bow?
Yes, all door hanger have a cute matching yet assorted bow depending on inventory that I have on hand.

What is the current turn around time?
All orders are hand painted, personalized, packaged and shipped by me. I am a one person team, but I always strive to ship items ahead of the scheduled date. During the busy times of the year (holidays) my turnaround time is stretched out to 4 weeks but all items ship well ahead of that time. Feel free to message me for any special time needs.
