Supporting Small Business

I am a one woman show and everything from creating to shipping is done by me.

When Addison’s disease and auto immune disease made working a regular 9 to 5 no longer an option I knew I had to find a better way. My art gave me the opportunity to do just that. I am entirely self taught.

I have a background in energy healing and working with crystals and stones allows me to continue to offer the wonderful abilities and beauty of these gems to others.

I hope you will find joy in your new piece knowing it was made by an individual artist with love. You are supporting an individual person not a corporation. Someone who puts all their love and energy into creating a piece that you will hopefully love. Your support makes a true difference in my life. It is because of you I am able to navigate chronic illness and the desire for success on a road different than most. Thank you.

Returns

I personally handmake each item to order. If your order arrives to you as listed (undamaged) there are no refunds or exchanges. Please feel free to message should you have ANY questions prior to purchase as I want you to be in LOVE with your purchase here. 💞

Should there be an issue regarding damage please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item with photos. Item must be returned within 7 days.

If a box comes damaged photograph the box and send me the photo. Do not open the box. I will walk you through the process.

I reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is any question of you personally damaging the item.

Oops I gave the wrong address

In the situation that you gave the wrong address and the item is shipped and is “returned to sender” you will not receive a refund. I am happy to send the item to the correct address for an additional shipping fee should this happen.

Please understand I handmake everything. I have had customers give the wrong address and then simply say they don’t want it now because they don’t want to pay another shipping fee. So this would mean I have now handmade this item for you and I am out the cost of the materials as well as my time. Shipping is paid to the post office and is not refunded once it ships. I have to again pay to reship it. Please make sure you confirm your address. It cannot be changed after it ships.

I didn’t receive my item

As long as I have shipped your item I am not responsible for it’s delivery. Please understand I cannot control the mail and every item is sent registered mail with tracking. If an item is marked as delivered by the post office I have no recourse. Please make sure when you place your order you have supplied the correct address. I can only ensure it is sent properly. If you do not receive your item please use the supplied tracking number to contact your postal carrier and file a claim.

If your order is international and you fail to pick up your item or pay duties and the item is returned to me you will not receive a refund. I am happy to reship your item if you pay to have it reshipped.
