No Refunds or Exchanges on custom orders.

Sales are also final on all FINAL SALE items.

All other items may be returned for refund of the item price minus a 15% re-stocking fee. This is to cover Etsy's commission and PayPal fees. You are responsible for return shipping costs and they are not refundable. The item must be returned within 5 days of receipt or a refund will not be issued. The item must be accompanied with your invoice and a note explaining your reason for return.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, I can ONLY accept returns on items that have obvious defects or damages. I will not accept returns due to "Not liking the product after receipt." I do not offer exchanges. All my items are handmade by me with considerable time and effort and all items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Please look over the item and description carefully before purchasing. Customer satisfaction is very important to me, but as stated above, I will only refund visibly obvious defected product. Thanks for understanding.
PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Money Orders are the accepted forms of payment.

All Illinois residents will be charged 6.25% Sales Tax during check out.

Payment is expected within 2 days of sale or transaction will be canceled. Items do not ship until payment is received. I will send you a little reminder if I haven't received your payment 2 days after the sale.

Please double check your shipping address. I will ship to the address on your Etsy account unless you notify me otherwise. Shipping is by Priority USPS for Domestic US destinations and US First Class Mail for International destinations. Insurance is optional but recommended. If you would like insurance, please contact me for an adjusted invoice prior to making a payment on your item(s).

Unless otherwise stated, most items will be shipped within 2 weeks after receipt of payment. Actual ship times will vary depending on the volume of orders. All my products are handcrafted by me and MADE TO ORDER. They are not stocked or mass-produced so please allow time to make your item. I appreciate your patience and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.

Your item will come in a large box and will be double wrapped in a gift bag and tissue paper. Bags are never folded.

Custom orders will have a separate shipping schedule and is available upon request. Most special order items will be shipped within 20 BUSINESS DAYS, about 4 weeks after receipt of payment.

I send all customers shipping confimation and tracking information once items are shipped. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
