You can pay us with a credit/debit card, PayPal, or by sending us a check (send us a conversation for our address.)

If you send a check, please note that we will wait for the check to clear before beginning to work on your order.

We reserve the right to return any checks sent in currencies other than US Dollars.
Shipping
Please allow 3 to 10 business days to receive your order within the United States. We ship our packages with USPS First Class, which takes between 3-5 days (nationally) and 1-3 weeks (internationally.)

If you need a piece by a certain date, please send us a message about it when you order.
Refunds and Exchanges
We guarantee our work. Should anything happen to your piece, please contact us via Conversation or Email and we will happily replace it or repair it.

We make full refunds on any order if shipped back to us within 2 days from the date you receive our package. No questions asked.
