The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within 5 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping charges are not refundable and all merchandise must be in a new condition, unopened, and in original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Custom orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Due to the nature of the digital products, refunds are not available.

• Please note due to the personal nature of our masks, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Payment
We accept payments through PayPal. No order will be shipped out until the payment is received/cleared.
Shipping
• All of our orders are shipped via USPS and all orders will include a tracking number. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. All customers will be notified by email when their package is shipped. Please contact us with any shipping related questions.

• Your package(s) will be shipped to the PayPal confirmed address. Please make sure to let us know if you need any adjustments to your order before it is shipped out. Also, make sure your address is correct as we are not responsible if the wrong address is provided and the order has been shipped out. If for any reason the package is returned to us the customer will be contacted and asked to pay the shipping charges to resend the package. No packages will be resent until the shipping charges are paid.

• Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged items by the post office. If you have any problems once you receive your package(s) please contact us through Etsy before leaving your feedback and we will do our best to help you out. If you are unhappy please let us know why so that we can better assist you.

• International buyers please note; any fees such as customs fees, taxes, tariffs or any other fees incurred upon receiving your package are your responsibility.
