My work on Etsy is vitreous enameled. Each piece is hand crafted, (unless I'm selling a straight vintage piece) some use an element of recycled, vintage and antique materials. Vitreous enamel is fused glass powder to metal, please handle with care. If you have any questions about an individual piece in this or any other regard, please convo me and I will try to respond by the end of the next business day.

Thanks for your interest in my artisan made jewelry line. Keep in mind that photos are taken in natural light or under a full spectrum light and will look different in darker lighting conditions. Feel free to take your item outside to see the truest colors.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I realize that computer monitors aren't the most ideal way to get an idea of color. I do my best to take as accurate of photos as possible. Since not everyone can't visit me at my local markets or find a store nearby my exchange policy is the next best thing: Returns or exchanges contact within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with tracking in original, undamaged packaging and in the same condition it was sent to you within 30 days. You must pay to ship the item back (but, don't worry, it's usually less than $3! Once I receive the item I will refund your money, less shipping charges (unless I have made a mistake in which case I will refund the shipping charges as well). Purchases made using coupon codes or commissioned requests outside my standard listings are final sale.

I ship USPS first class with tracking. If you would like to insure your package, there will be an additional charge. International customers are entirely responsible for their own countries additional fees and taxes (VAT etc.), if there are any.

I do not ship to P.O Boxes as I cannot confirm the address with tracking.

Please make sure that your address on Etsy and Paypal is updated. I ship to the address on your Etsy transaction. BeMused Creations is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Prices include tracking (US only) but insurance is additional. Inquire if you would like to add insurance to your package.
