He wasn’t just telling me what I wanted to hear, he told me what was possible and helped me achieve my design goals. His pricing was fair and the timeline was on point as well. I couldn’t be happier!!! We will be using them for my partner’s ring next! I highly recommend them.

5 out of 5 starsI love this ring! The pictures dont don’t do justice to the delicate craftmanship and beautiful shining stones. I had a big birthday coming up and wanted something special to match the engagment ring my husband gave me over 5 years ago, also purchased from Ben. The stones match perfectly! Ben worked with me with complete patience every step of the way to create a the perfect custom necklace! As a bonus (another one) the shipping was secure and ridiculously fast from Israel. Ben is the only jeweler I need!

The owner helped me with ring sizes as I was getting UK size and he was very helpful!

My fiancé and I ordered our wedding bands from him, and not only are the bands beautiful and incredibly high quality, but Ben is amazing to work with. He answered probably over 50 questions from me, and made and shipped our rings in a tight time frame to make sure we got them before our wedding. I would highly recommend his shop. Thank you Ben!!

Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our gold and diamond jewelry. If anything comes up - were always here to help you.
We can't be responsible for damage done to your jewelry by another jeweler. If you have a jeweler work on the jewelry in any way, example: ring sizing, your warranty is void.
There is no warranty for breakage/damage/loss for diamonds, gemstones or lab created stones. If you want your center stone or jewelry covered against theft, loss, damage, or more - You can insure your jewelry through your home owner's Insurance.
With that said - if anything comes up - please contact us! We are always happy to help whenever needed!
Our warranty applies only to the original buyer, and does not include shipping services.
Canceling a order
In the extremely rare case of canceling a order - We refund your payment minus 10%. This is to cover the shipping costs/time and work spent to make your order. Thank you for your understanding.
