* Layaway is available. Please contact me first so arrangements can be made.
* I will need a personal email address to contact you.
* On a case by case basis, I will work with you. Timely payments are appreciated.

* I reserve items on an individual basis.
* Reserving an item is a contract for purchase.
* All reserved items must be paid in full within 3 days.
* I will combine shipping!
* All items are shipped within THREE Business Days after payment is received.
* I try to answer all shipping questions within 24 hours.
* I ship to the Etsy addresses you have on file.
* Please make sure your address is up to date.
* If an item is extra large I will try to find the least expensive pricing for shipping and handling.
* Please request insurance if you want it, depending on the price of the item, the
extra insurance charge will vary.

* Packages will be sent either (Parcel or Priority) USPS Mail and I reserve the right to choose on an individual basis the method of shipping.
* You may purchase insurance when you check out.
* I pack all items properly and securely.
* I offer EXPRESS Mail. Please email me if you need an item shipped overnight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Worldwide/Canada/Mexico)
* I offer International Shipping. Please note international shipping costs on individual items.
* I ship International Items USPS First Class International to keep your cost down.
(This is also the slowest shipping)
* First Class International shipping times can vary by country, be sure to visit the
USPS Website for estimated shipping times. Please understand that it can take up to two months to receive your item.
* I offer and recommend Priority Mail and Insurance as an option on all items. This
way your item can be easier tracked and arrive quicker. Please email me if you
would like this service.
* I also offer Express Mail, and recommend this if you need an item by a certain date. It is the only option that guarantees an exact delivery date. Please email me if you would like this service.
* All duties, fees and taxes owed at pick up are the sole responsibility of each
individual buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
* All Sales are Final.
* I sell vintage collectables and apparel. These items are previously worn or used
items. Please assume that some of the items will have minor tears, rips or
blemishes. I will always describe the item to the best of my ability and never try to
deceive someone.
* I consider each return request on a case-by-case basis. My official store policy is
* However, in certain cases where I deem a return to be valid, the following policies will apply:
1. The item must be returned to me, in the same condition it was sent, within 7
days (United States) or 10 days (International) of it arriving. Purchasing a
tracking number is encouraged.
2. Buyer must pay the cost of return shipping.
3. Once the item is checked in, I will contact the buyer and let them know that the
item has arrived safely.
4. I will issue a PAYPAL refund for the total amount of the cost of the item, minus
fees and the actual cost of shipping.

* You may request additional photographs for more details of items.
* All items are vintage and most are at least 20 years old. Please be aware that
when an item is described as good or great condition this does not mean that it
is brand new but in great condition for it's age, I describe any flaws I see.
* I encourage respectful and constructive communication. Please contact me
ANYTIME and I will do everything I can to solve an issue. I pride myself on great
customer service and 100% positive feedback. Most often things can be
resolved before hand.
