I bought two of these Nutcrackers and they make a lovely set. Nicely painted. I like that they are softly colored and would work in many settings. Very woodsy feel to them. Shipped in a timely manner and nicely packaged. Would buy from this vendor again.

Returns and exchange details
Shipping costs are non-refundable so please ask any and all questions you have before purchasing products.
All furniture shown in listings is pre-made so it will be put in the mail for shipping 1-3 business days after payment is received.
We do take custom orders so please send a message if you have any questions about custom ordering. At that time all custom order deadlines will be discussed on an individual basis depending on the complexity of the piece.
Taxes will automatically be collected if you live in the State of Texas.
Refunds are available if you are not happy with your product. The shipping fees, however, are non-refundable so please send all questions you have on the product before you purchase to make sure it is what you want.
If the product can be repaired please ship it back (we will cover the original shipping cost) and we will repair it to its original state. If it is so destroyed it cannot be repaired to its original state, a new product matching your original purchase will be made (matching to the best hand-made ability). If you do not have time to wait, we can discuss further options on a case by case basis (such as a refund or product of equal value).
When we have confirmation from the mail service that your product has arrived I will send an email to make sure you have received the product and are happy with it.
We ship internationally, shipping should be included as you check out. Please be aware that we can only ship as fast as the shipping charges allow.... if you have concerns about how fast your item will arrive please send me a message before you purchase an item.

All furniture is made in a smoke-free, cat-free home. Two dogs do live here so please keep that in mind if you are severely allergic.
