Welcome to Benzie Bee! I have been sewing almost my entire life and have specifically loved sewing baby items. I am constantly creating new designs so check back often.

I believe personalized items are important for every baby! I think they are so unique, special and are something that will be saved and cherrished forever. I do custom embroidery and monogram applique. If interested, Convo me and I will create a listing just for you.

If there is something you want that you don't see listed, feel free to ask and I'd be happy to make it for you!

Returns and exchanges
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is an error on my part. ***Due to the amount of orders I receive, unless you have included all relevant information upon checkout, I cannot guarantee that any colours/styles/customization that are discussed in conversations will be applied to your order***

Non-personalized items can be returned for exchange only within two weeks of recieving the item. Items must be unwashed and unworn. Customer is to pay shipping on returns. If an item needs to be exchanged a second time, buyer must pay shipping costs both ways. Benzie Bee cannot be responsible for any returns that are lost in the mail. Exchange only, no refunds once items are sent. Please send me a message before ordering if you have any questions.


Customer satisfaction is my top priority so I do everything I can to make sure that your item is high quality and described appropriately. Please be sure to read information about the product before purchase and that you convo me if you have any further questions before placing your order.
Payment
Some items in the shop are premade, but most are custom sewn. Payment is due within 24 hours of placing your order. If arrangements for payment hasn't been made in this time then your order may be cancelled. Please read my shop announcement or convo me if you would like to know my current turn around time for making/shipping items. I accept paypal, personal cheque, or money order. Orders that will be paid by cheque or money order will not be sent until they are sent/cleared. Please let me know upon purchase if this is how you are making payment. Convo me with any questions!
Shipping
Items are primarily shipped through Canada Post. It often takes 2-3 business days after shipping for items to arrive in Canada and 4-10 days after shipping for items to arive in the US. Most items will arrive within 5 business days to the US but will take longer during peak times (Christmas Season). This is the fastest/less expensive method of shipping. I cannot guarantee ship times unless you upgrade you shipping. If you would like a different method of shipping, please convo me and I will give you a price quote.
