Returns and exchanges
If you don't receive your complete order, or if we accidentally shipped out the wrong item, we will gladly set things right by shipping out the proper items.
=Candles=
We package our candles with great care, but because of weather conditions and other factors related to shipping over long distances some chipping, or in the worst case splitting, may occur. The Post Office will not pay out insurance unless there is significant damage to the package (i.e. it was run over by a truck), even if the box is marked fragile and has been mishandled. Therefore, we don't put insurance on candle orders. Our policy is that you can ship any badly damaged candles back to us via parcel post, and we will replace them.
=Mugs and Plates=
Our handpainted mugs and dinnerware are packaged with great care to make it long distances safe and sound. For large orders, we recommend purchasing insurance. If anything arrives damaged, just convo us and we'll send an insurance form for you to fill out.
=Vintage=
Vintage items, because of their one-of-a-kind nature and used condition, are not eligible for replacement or refund. The photos we take for the listing accurately portray the condition of the item, and any notable features (dings, scratches, et c.) are described. Please keep in mind that you are buying something that has been used by someone else in the past, then found, cleaned or restored, and passed on to you for a second chance at life :)
Payment
If you've accidentally placed an order that you didn't intend to, just convo us and we'll cancel it for you.
Shipping
Because of the time and cost of international shipping we have disabled it in our shop, but if you are interested in something please contact us for an estimate!
For orders over $100 we offer free insurance, and orders under $100 can add it for an additional charge (convo us for details).

Custom orders for anything you see listed in our shop can be arranged, just convo us and tell us what you'd like! Please allow up to two weeks for custom orders to be sent out.
