Shop policies
Each piece is carefully handcrafted, and no two products are alike, so all items that are made to order will be slightly different from the photos you see.
All concrete pieces are sanded to an almost flawless smoothness and sealed for protection against water and stain.
If you want anything modified/added to fit you specifically, I would love to do that, just send me a message. I love discovering new possibilities and I want the piece to be unique to you :)
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, please let me know, I will replace it at no extra charge once the item is returned to me. If you are shipping an item back for this reason, I may be able to cover the shipping expense upon request.
There are always special circumstances that come up, so I am always happy to work with you on those. Please don't hesitate to send me a message if you have any questions or concerns! I always want you to be happy with your piece!
Payment
The product will be shipped about 5 business days after the payment is received. If the payment is not received within 3 days after purchase, the order will be cancelled.
If the piece is specified as "made to order", please allow around 3 to 4 additional business days for your piece to be prepared.
Shipping
If a shipment method other than First Class Mail or faster delivery is required, please let me know and we can discuss costs for that as well.
