If any piece arrives to you broken or damaged, I would be happy to replace it free of charge. I take the utmost precaution to ensure that shipments are not lost in transit, however, should this occur, I will replace the piece free of charge.

If you are dissatisfied for other reasons with any piece of jewelry, I would be happy to try and work something out with you, up to and including full refunds.

I'm sorry, but I cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for any custom orders.

Payments are accepted via Paypal. You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to use the system to pay with a credit card or echeck. Paypal acts as the credit card processor for all Etsy orders.
Be sure to follow the link in your Etsy order through to the Paypal site to complete your transaction...your order is not complete until then. You will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment has been made.
E-checks do take one week or more to clear through Paypal, so please allow plenty of time for this to happen before your order ships.

Payment is due at the time of your order, and must be received before I will ship out an item or begin to make your piece. If you do not pay for your order within three days, I reserve the right to cancel the sale. Please let me know if you are experiencing difficulties processing your payment- communication is greatly appreciated!

Sales tax will be added to Paypal invoices for Texas residents at the rate of 8.25% on item and shipping costs. Tragic, but required.

All pieces are sent in lovely jewelry boxes tied up with beautiful ribbon, carefully wrapped to ensure their safe delivery. They will make charming gifts just as they are, after removing the bubble wrap.

Within the US, I ship all my pieces through the US Postal Service using Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation included; if you would like me to use return receipt, wherein the person who accepts the package must sign a postcard, I can do that too. Usual delivery time from shipping date is 2-3 days.

I would be happy to change this to FedEx or DHL or any delivery service of your choosing - simply contact me before purchasing as all of these services have different rates and will affect the shipping costs.

If the address you have listed through Paypal or Etsy are incorrect and you have not provided me an alternate shipping address, I cannot be held responsible. Please try to ensure that all your addresses are up to date and/or communicate with me to make sure that I have the correct address to ship it to.

I stand by my work and its quality. I am proud of my superior craftsmanship and am happy to work hard to make the best pieces these hands can make. However, jewelry is a delicate thing and with regular wear, it can need repairs. Should something go wrong with the piece due to an inherent flaw, I will be happy to do repairs for free. If the piece is damaged in the usual course of life, I will be happy to do any repairs for a very small fee.

Rush orders may be accepted if time permits, for an extra fee. Please contact me prior to placing your order for details.
