Payment
Paypal is the preferred method of payment although I do accept direct bank transfer from Australian customers.

You do NOT need a Paypal account in order to use it. At the end of your transaction, you can use a credit card to pay via Paypal, without having to create an account with them.

We have found this to be a safe and easy way to pay for your online purchases.
Shipping
All items are posted out via Australia Post. International orders are shipped via Australia Post Airmail.

All items are packaged carefully so they reach their destination in top condition.

The cost of shipping covers postage and packaging.

Postage delivery times:
Australia: please allow up to 4 working days from date posted
Europe: please allow 7 - 10 working days from date posted
USA: please allow 7 - 10 working days from date posted
UK: please allow 7 - 10 working days from date posted

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love your purchases. If you're not entirely happy please email me to coordinate an exchange or refund. You will need to send your item back within 7 days of your receipt.

Please send your items back to me in the original packaging via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx), as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the return back to me.

Refunds on lost items will be considered on a case by case basis but I am a reasonable person and I pride myself of providing excellent customer service.
