Thank you for your interest in BestBuyDesigns. All of our designs are handmade by Linda & Laura and we take great pride in making beautiful designs with the highest quality materials, including genuine Swarovski crystal beads and sterling silver components.

These designs are one-of-a-kind creations, but we are happy to customize them upon request, if possible. Simply let us know if you'd like us to change the size or color of any item you see here. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
We will accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase and ask that you do the following:

* Returns must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition. The returned item will not be accepted if it has been used or damaged during transportation due to improper packaging.
* Please package your return carefully (in a box) to avoid damage to the product.
* Include a note explaining the reason for the return.
* Please be sure to include your full name, e-mail address, address and daytime telephone number.
* Please convo us for return address.
Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Return authorization is not necessary. However, if there was an error in your order or an item was received damaged, please convo us for return and/or exchange instructions.

We do guarantee that your product will arrive in excellent condition and we gladly exchange any damaged items.
We respectfully ask that orders be paid within 24 hours of placing your order. If an order is not paid within 5 days, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.
Most domestic orders will ship via USPS 1st Class Mail and will go out the next business day after payment is received (with the exception of custom orders.) The USPS estimates domestic 1st Class packages will arrive within 2-5 business days from date shipped. If you need your shipment faster, we are happy to ship via Priority Mail with the USPS. The shipping cost for Priority Mail will be calculated by adding $5.90 to the standard shipping fee. The standard 1st Class Mail shipping fees vary by product and are based on the weight of the product.

Canada shipping: We ship USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail to Canada (depending on weight of product). Costs for international shipping ranges from $10.50 to $29.00 (each listing will show shipping rates for that product). Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees and taxes incurred in shipping. USPS estimates packages will be usually be delivered in 10-28 days (could be longer during the holidays or other peak times). Please keep in mind that all orders go through customs, may be subject to duty and taxes, and delivery times vary.

About Swarovski Crystal Beads: All of our Swarovski beads are genuine crystal. All crystal is manufactured with lead combined with glass. It is the lead content that distinguishes crystal from plain glass. The bonding of lead to the glass is not harmful if touched or worn in jewelry, but should not be ingested. We recommend keeping all crystal items away from small children and infants.

It is estimated that most Swarovski crystal beads contain about 32% lead or lead oxide in them. The lead is used to maximize the way the light refracts through the crystal which gives them an almost diamond-like sparkling quality. To be advertised as “lead crystal” the European standards dictate that there must be 30% or more lead contained within the crystal.
