This embroidery is even more beautiful in person. I absolutely love it. Shipping was quick and item was well packaged. It was wrapped in tissue, packed in cardboard sheets, and sent in a bubble mailer. Seller even drew beautiful acnh bugs on the envelope. I didn't require customer service, but got some great help anyways. I had expressed interest in purchasing this piece on their Instagram, and they actually sent me a dm to let me know when it had been listed on Etsy. Overall 11/10 would buy from again.
