At this time I am only accepting payment thru ETSY & PayPal. Paypal is very easy to use, and if you do not have a PayPal account you can also use PayPal to pay by debit/credit card. Please note that selecting the e-check option in PayPal will delay the shipment of your order by 4 or more business days while the payment clears.
I require payment within 48 hours of purchase, after that unpaid items may be relisted. Items will not be shipped until payment is received. Failure to pay will result in a canceled transaction.
Please note shipping cost to Greece and Italy. Bethany Lorelle can not be responsible for stolen items on overseas shipments. These shipping cost reflect extra measure taken to insure package arrival.
I ship to PAYPAL addresses so please make sure it is correct! If your PayPal address and your Etsy address do not match I will automatically (without contacting you) ship to your Paypal address.
**Please note that your package my be subject to customs or duty charges that pertain to your country. Buyers are responsible for these charges.**
Bethany Lorelle will not declare anything purchased from my shop as a "gift" on the customs form. This is highly illegal. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. It is best to check with your country's customs office to find out if there will be additional costs and what they will be BEFORE buying.
How do you ship the items?
bethany lorelle items are delicate, and we take great care to package and ship items, and ensure timely arrival. Most items are shipped within 7-10 business days of placing the order. Custom and wholesale items are shipped within 2 weeks of placing the order.
Domestic — Within the U.S., most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) with delivery confirmation. Some smaller items will be shipped via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Please contact me prior to ordering if you wish to expedite or insure your package. Requesting additional insurance/protection is ALWAYS the responsibility of the BUYER. Please note that I will NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
Except in case of defect, all sales are final. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us by e-mail and we will be happy to provide a replacement at our own expense (international customers, please see additional information below). Other exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged items.
