Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Once files are customized and emailed no refund will be given. Mistakes will be corrected within the business day in which I am notified.
Invitations must be proofread before printing. I will correct mistakes, but am not responsible for printing costs if you print and then catch the mistake.
please take into account that printers do not always print exactly the same colors. I recommend printing out all proofs to check color. Different monitors and devices can show the color incorrectly. Furthermore, colors my vary from monitor to monitor, as well as from printer to printer and I have no control over color variations.
Payment
Unfortunately, i cannot begin working on your order until payment has been received. Delivery times are based on when your item is paid for, not when your item is ordered.
Shipping
Most files are emailed within 3 business days. Invites are within 2 business days. Custom designs are within 5 business days. If this time frame does not work for you, please contact me as we may be able to work it out if discussed before purchasing.
