Thank you for visiting BethSteinDesign. The info below should answer most of your questions and give you the purchasing guidance you need. If not, I'm a short conversation away and will speedily respond to any question.

Returns and exchanges
I will gladly grant a refund on items if the reason for return is workmanship or product defect. Please email before you ship any return items to be sure that you are eligible for return. If you are eligible, I will refund your money through PayPal, minus the original shipping fee. The return shipping fee is not refunded. If your purchase is damaged or lost during shipping, I will cover costs only if you purchased insurance.
I accept major credit/debit cards via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay at the Paypal website with your credit card. Payment is needed at the time of purchase. I will make a reasonable effort to make email contact if there are any glitches (such as an incomplete order), but if I do not hear from you within 3 business days, I will note the order has been abandoned and consider the order canceled. If there are any misunderstandings, just contact me and we'll get it straightened out!

State of Illinois residents will be charged 10% State Sales Tax on merchandise purchased.

At this time I can only ship to your Paypal address, so please make sure the "ship to" address information listed there is current and correct. Your purchase will be securely wrapped in bubble envelopes to prevent damage in shipping. I recycle packaging when possible, but only if the materials are clean.

I ship within 5 *business days* by USPS 1st class mail. I do not ship on weekends or major holidays. If you would like an upgrade or insurance, let me know and we can work something out. If you would like a shipping confirmation, please let me know by convo (click the word Contact in the column on the left of the screen) and I will send you your tracking number (domestic only, since first class international does not provide tracking). All charges other than postage - Customs Fees, Tarriffs, etc. are the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items in the mail. My recommendation would be to purchase insurance if you are concerned about those possibilities.
