Hello! Welcome to my shop. Thank you for having a look at my shop policies! I hope that your questions are answered here, but if they are not please send me a message.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
I accept payments through Paypal. Please pay immediately. If you are having problems using Paypal, please let me know! If you have a reason for not paying immediately, please contact me to let me know. If you choose to pay through Paypal, and you do not pay within 24 hours of purchase and do not contact me, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item(s) purchased. I uphold this policy for the benefit of all my customers.

If you do not have Paypal, or would like to send payment another way, please contact me prior to purchase so that I can try to accommodate your request. PayPal is preferred.
I ship through the USPS, First Class. Items will be shipped when payment is received. Generally, a package shipped by this method will arrive within 7-14 days of the shipping date. If you need your item to arrive faster, you must contact me prior to purchase to upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail. Upgrading to faster shipping methods will increase the cost of shipping. Insurance is not included in the shipping cost, but can be added if requested.
Refunds and Exchanges
Patterns may not be returned for a refund. This is because I cannot assume that a buyer has not saved or printed a copy of the pattern. I also will not grant refunds on custom items.

For all other items, the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. A refund will not be issued before I have received the returned item. If I do not receive the returned item, no refund will be issued.

The cost of shipping will not be refunded. The cost of return postage will be paid by the buyer, and will also not be refunded.

Exchanges can be made for items of the same price, excluding patterns. In this case, the buyer will pay all shipping costs for the exchange.
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome wholesale and local consignment inquiries, but will not be willing to place items on consignment outside of the Chicago area.

I will consider trading. I may not accept all trade requests, but feel free to ask!

Requests for custom orders are also welcome.
