Betsy & Bess is a collection of handmade bags and other accessories. Many of my items are made from repurposed/upcycled materials or fabric remnants.

Returns and exchanges
I will happily accept returns within 3 days of confirmed delivery. This means that I must be contacted and the item/s shipped, not received by me, within three days. Upon receipt the payment, less shipping, will be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping. I can not be responsible for items while in transit from the buyer to me. Shipping confirmation is recommended.

**I can not guarantee delivery date once item has left my hands, but I will do everything I can to get it there to you in time!**

All items will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The item/s will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment. Please be advised that I will often reuse bubble mailers. I will never reuse packaging that is not structurally sound. If this is not okay, please let me know. This not only helps the environment by reducing waste, but it also saves me money, which saves you money.

Additional policies and FAQs
Much of the fabric I use is not new. While I do not construct my items out of fabric that shows signs of obvious wear and tear, items made from repurposed/upcycled fabric will not have the same new feeling as those that are not. I will not knowingly sell anything with serious flaws, and all of the materials I use are carefully checked to be sure they are in good condition. All items made with repurposed materials will be clearly and accurately described.
