I am thrilled with the 2 custom rings Betsy created for me. The process was really fun, and Betsy provided numerous stone and material options based on my preferences. She was very communicative and timely on all matters. It is clear that Betsy loves what she does, and I highly recommend her work.

I wish I could give Betsy 10 stars! I absolutely love my custom ring and Betsy was beyond amazing in customer service. She went above and beyond to find me the perfect stone, then made the ring exactly how I requested. Communication was excellent and everything was absolutely perfect. The ring is beyond gorgeous! Thank you so much Betsy!

About

in the beginning...

I've always loved making things, and from the start, art class was simply the best part of the school day for me. But when I got to college I tried everything. Alongside art classes I was dabbling in biology, astronomy, even auto mechanics... and eventually chose to major in Anthropology with an Art minor. What I ended up with, after 5 years, was a degree in Art History.

My career path took shape in the metals department of the Oregon College of Art and Craft, where I was searching for something that would satisfy my desire to make things and my tendency to be detail oriented. It took several years and lots of patience before I finally felt that I had found my place.

Over the years, my work has come to focus on the stones that I love, the non-precious stones, the jaspers and agates. Every now and then I think " hmm, maybe I should have majored in geology...".

The bottom line is, I love what I do, and look forward to getting into my studio every morning.
