All of my designs are completely original and entirely handmade with love and care at my home in rural Berkshire, England.

Many of the ingredients I use are old and have been loved and used in a previous life, therefore please bear in mind that there may be inherent natural flaws and signs of age which are part and parcel of 'vintage' materials. This gently faded, worn and slightly shabby appearance is an important part of their beauty and I believe only add to their charm and are the very reason that they appeal to me ~ and hopefully to you too! I will always be clear to describe any obvious major flaws, but please look at the photos in addition to the written descriptions and I am very happy to answer any specific questions that you may have.

Payment
I accept payment via Paypal only which seems to be the most convenient method at this time. Payment within 5 days of purchase would be much appreciated. There are no additional taxes, but customers are responsible for any custom monies due on arrival at their destination.
Shipping
All packages are despatched from the United Kingdom. I use Royal Mail for posting to customers also within the UK and regular Airmail service for customers within the USA and worldwide. Insurance is included for up to $50 for loss or damage to packages. Optional insurance for packages with a total value higher than $50 will be calculated depending on value and destination. Please allow approx. 10 working days for airmail delivery, but sometimes can take a little longer!

I post as often as I possibly can throughout the week - but I have a young daughter (aka little rascal!) and am sometimes unable to post every day. If you require something urgently please contact me to advise.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase - I aim to be as accurate as I can in the description of everything I sell, but if I do make a genuine mistake, please let me know! To ensure complete customer confidence, I will accept returns if not satisfied, providing the item is returned to me in the same condition it was received and within 21 days of receipt. All packages are insured for up to $50 inclusive in the shipping cost, however if the package value is higher I do recommend that optional insurance is added to avoid disappointment as I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. I undertake one~off special commissions for special people and special occasions! Please contact me with your requirements to discuss. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. I regret that special commissions cannot be returned unless faulty.
