Announcement   Welcome to my penguin themed shop! It's the place to come for handmade porcelain gifts with penguin designs.

Let me introduce you to Hiroyuki, Moriko and Yuki. A family group of tiny penguins embarking on a journey of discovery and wonder. Here you will find scenes of the penguins as they travel around the world. I hope you will enjoy following the penguins on their trip.

I bought the penguins over ten years ago in Japan therefore I see them as Japanese penguins (if there's ever such a thing!). Their names apparently mean 'Great Journey', 'Child of the Forest' and 'Snow Happiness'.

For more penguin work take a look at 'Last of the Melting Snow' on my website.

With every penguin purchase, I donate some money to 'Animals in Distress'. My local animal charity that looks after neglected and abandoned animals. The place where I got my rescued cat, 'Mrs Mabel'. More info on her on my blog.

I have been potting for the last seven years from my studio in Salford, near Manchester, UK. I love realising my ideas in clay especially porcelain. It is so pure and clean and it gives great clarity to my turquoise glaze. I love to throw on my electric wheel. It can be mesmerising. All my work is handmade, original and unique.

Please take a look around my shop. All work and images are © Beverley Gee. All rights reserved under copyright including reproduction rights.

Thank you for buying handmade.

Hello and welcome to my shop. I believe in creating original and unique products that are handmade by myself from start to finish. I mostly work in porcelain which I throw or handbuild. I make my own glazes and fire in my electric kiln. I am a perfectionist and need to control all aspects of the making process. I hope you will enjoy visiting my shop.
