Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.

I want you to be happy with your purchase and will collaborate with you in order to make that happen. It may be in the form of a refund, return or exchange. Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card through Paypal or Etsy Direct Checkout.

Please verify your shipping address is correct on Paypal's website, or Etsy, when you are submitting payment.
Shipping
Items purchased will be shipped to your address listed on Paypal or Etsy. Please make sure it is correct.

Currently, we are offering domestic shipping. All purchased items are shipped via USPS, Priority Mail, unless you select otherwise.

If you would like to have a shipment sent internationally or by another shipping method, please send us a convo! We will be more than happy to work with you to make sure it arrives safely and the most affordable method possible.

Ready to ship items will ship within two business days of cleared payment. Please read the listing information for custom or Made To Order items for shipping dates. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible and you will receive updated information as soon as your order ships.

International customers are responsible for all import, tariff and customs fees associated with their country.

We share our home with two cats. They are not allowed near our work spaces, but loose hair can travel, so please be aware if you have an issue with allergies. We inspect every item and package thoroughly before shipping.

Colors may appear differently on your monitor based on your monitor resolution and color depth.
