There are hundreds of different patterns available in the economically priced cup sleeve section. These eco-friendly, slip-on cup sleeves are made to fit coffee shop cardboard cups, and also fit the re-usable plastic coffee cup from our local dollar store. They make a great gift idea for: party favors (use the cup sleeve as a cupcake holder, add a pair of socks and a sucker - family members, co-workers, teachers, friends, neighbors, classmates, sorority sisters, teammates, etc!! Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds will be issued as long as the item is returned in unused condition within two weeks from the order date. I will do my best to make sure there is no reason for a refund!
Payment
I accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards. If payment is not received within 5 days of the order I will cancel the order after having made several attempts to communicate with the buyer.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped out in 3-5 business days after your purchase is complete. I ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please make sure you are clear where you want the item to be shipped. I am happy to send it as a gift with a note included if you want it mailed directly to the gift recipient.

All U.S. orders have a free tracking number. Quilts and orders weighing more than 13 ounces are mailed priority mail, all others first class (please allow 4 days for first class shipping).

INTERNATIONAL orders are mailed international first class. Please check shop policies for resolving "return to sender" issues. Please order at least THREE WEEKS before you need the item(s) as it takes that long to get through all the customs inspections etc. I will get your order mailed asap - but I do not control anything from that point on! Thanks!

If your item is returned because it could not be delivered due to the address provided not being correct, you may either receive a refund for your order, minus the original shipping charge, or provide a different address and pay for a new shipping charge.

Custom orders are welcome.

Please convo with me to request a custom order. For custom quilts the customer must give approval of the quilt before the quilting process takes place. I will send you photos for your approval. Please leave a phone number where you can be contacted via voice or text message. After final approval has been made, the item has been completed and payment received, your order will be mailed to you. All custom order sales are final - no refunds.
