I aim to share my love of collecting antique and vintage items with brides and collectors alike. I specialize in wedding decor that has sentiment and tells a story. Pieces I offer are salvaged windows, antique glass, and custom items made from vintage materials.

I also love to find and make custom pieces for brides! Please, just let me know what you are looking for, and I can use my wide network of vendors and collectors to locate just what you are searching for!

Please be sure to thoroughly read each listing to fully understand what you are purchasing.

BeyondWhite will not accept the return of items with imperfections that have been listed. Because all items are vintage quality, it is normal to see some wear. In the instance that something has a defect or excessive wear, it will be explained and/or photographs provided in the listing. Similarly, demensions and sizes are listed for each item and returns will not be made for items because they are not the right size.

If for any reason something is not mentioned in the listing or if anything is damaged during shipping, you are asked to forward pictures of the inconsistency or damage. If we feel that your claim is legitimate, and there is a duplicate available, BeyondWhite will replace your item. Please allow up to four weeks to locate and ship replacement items, and some pieces are rare and hard to find. You will be refunded for broken items If there is no replacement. If there is an inconsistency with the listing and what you receive that is proven to be the seller's fault, a partial refund may be offered. If the inconsistency would have kept you from purchasing, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and upon receipt of the item (in it's original condition), you will be refunded for your purchase.

Please understand that when purchasing a collection or set, you are receiving a discount for purchasing all the items together and not all pieces in the collection are of equal value (ex. a milk glass planter may cost more than a bud vase). If one item is damaged, you do not get a refund on the entire collection. The value of any damaged item will be determined based on the piece in question.

For clothing, all meaurements are taken with the garment laying flat. Sizes are listed as labeled on the garment's tage, but in instances where the garment seems to fit differently, the estimated size will be listed. Because measurements are listed, BeyondWhite can not accept returns on clothing.

CUSTOM WINDOW ORDERS
It is always best to allow two or more weeks between your shipping date (as outlined in your listing) and your wedding date. This allows time to compensate for any shipping errors. In the case that your window arrives damaged, every attempt will be made to replace your item in a timely matter. For orders that did not allow at least 2 weeks between their shipping date and wedding date, or where delays were caused due to buyer error, a $20 rush fee (per window) will be incurred, and costs of receiving the item in time are the buyer's responsibility. Costs may include, but are not limited to, rush fee, material cost, shipping and/or delivery charge. When it is possible, items can be hand-delivered but buyer must pay a travel fee.

Refunds are not available for window purchases, instead, BeyondWhite will replace the item. Replacements may be in the form of an identical window or arrangements can be made for a special custom piece.

BeyondWhite will not replace an item unless you provide pictures of the damage or error that will substantiate your claim. Replacements are not available if the tracking number and or delivery/signature confirmation says your package was delivered and you claim otherwise. If the Postal/Shipping service says they delivered your package, our obligation has been filled. We will be more than happy to work with you if you have a legitimate claim.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving or not receiving items. Replacements or refunds (if offered) may take up to 30 days days to process.

To obtain items that have been damaged in shipping, the following conditions must be met:
- Shipping must not have been delayed due to buyer's fault (wrong address, late submission of info for your window order, etc.)
- Pictures must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving item
- Buyer must not file the claim with the shipping service, but instead leave the claims process up to BeyondWhite

Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full, using paypal, at the time of purchase. Work does not begin on any order until full payment is received, this includes late fees, rush charges, and shipping costs should expedited shipping be needed.

DEPOSITS
Deposits are decided on a case by case basis, and generally only available on custom window orders that must be shipped more than six months from the time of order. There may be a minimum purchase required. Deposits are for half the purchase price or $140, whichever is greater. The remaining balance is due when your seating plan is submitted. While your spot on my schedule and materials to complete you order are reserved with your deposit, work on the order will not begin until full payment is received.

DEADLINES
It is very important that I receive your seating chart, menu, or other information for your window at least THREE weeks before your wedding date or travel date, whichever is sooner. Delays in receiving this information will cause shipping delays. The buyer is responsible for all extra fees associated with receiving their product in a timely matter in this situation. Shortened shipping cycles mean more room for error and less time to correct the errors, if any. If BeyondWhite receives your seating chart in under the three week deadline (regardless of buy error or if the due and ship dates discussed fall below three and two weeks), if there is a need for replacement, we can not be held responsible if it does not make it there in time. The three week deadline is put in place so that any errors can be corrected with time to spare. In the unlikely case of loss, damage, or error, anything less than three weeks may cut things too close for correction.

LATE POLICY & FEES
It is very important to get your information in a timely matter. In instances where you are late getting me information, there will be late fees. There is a one day grace period. After that first day, you will be charged $10 per day for each day you are late in getting me your seating information. In addition, your order will be pushed back one business day for each day that I do not receive your information. Depending on your location, it may be necessary to expedite shipping if you are late. All late fees and shipping charges must be paid in advance of me starting work.

CANCELLATIONS
Because of time, materials, and tight scheduling, BeyondWhite does not except cancellations for any reason.
Shipping
All in-stock items are shipped within seven business days from the time your payment is received. For hand-made orders, please refer to your reserved listing for the details of your transaction.

When possible, and unless otherwise noted, USPS, FedEx Ground, or UPS ground is used. Items are also insured for the amount of the purchase with signature delivery confirmation.

For larger items, a freight service may be used, and those instances will be discussed prior to purchase on a case by case basis.

All fragile items are wrapped in paper, foam, or bubble wrap (or a combination).

Windows are wrapped in heavy cardboard, stretch wrapped together (if more than one), wrapped in industrial bubble wrap, and placed inside large industrial corrugated boxes for shipment.

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and charges.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are wishing to request certain items, please use the "Request custom item" feature. This will take you to a convo screen. Include in your message what you are looking for, how many, any pertinent details, and, if necessary, a budget. Items that must be found (like vintage glass) may take some time to find. I will submit photos for your consideration. Once items and pricing are agreed upon, I will create a custom listing. Once your custom listing is posted, payment is required within 48 hours.

At BeyondWhite, I work very hard to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase, please convo me so we may discuss options to make sure you are pleased.
