Refunds occur through Paypal only, minus any shipping costs.

I only accept Paypal. However, credit cards can be accepted through the Paypal system without having an account with them. Payment is due at time of checkout. If item is not paid within 24 hours and no communication has occurred, purchase will be cancelled and item will be relisted.

Items will be shipped to Etsy address unless I'm notified of other arrangements. Everything is gift-wrapped for shipping in reuseable/recycled materials. Shipping is FREE within as well as outside of the United States!!! I try to ship your item 1-2 days after the order is placed. Since I am offering free shipping for my jewelry items, this does mean that I am choosing the most economical option to ship your items to you which may take longer than you would like. If you would like your item to be shipped quickly, please convo me and I will provide other options that would entail you, the buyer, to cover these additional costs.

Items are created in a smoke-free and animal-free environment! I am flexible and will consider custom orders! Also if you see an item, but feel an adjustment is needed due to size, please convo me and let me know.
