I do my very best to describe and picture my work as accurately as possible, however buying on line always involves the risk of receiving an item slightly different than you have imagined. In that case, if you wish to return it to me, I accept to refund you in full (except the shipping fees of course) as long as you return it in 10 working days from the day of receipt.
Please note that this does not apply for custom orders and sale items.
In these cases all sales are final.
In the rare occurrence that an incorrect item has been sent in error, I will accept the return and exchange it.

Most jewelry will be ready to ship in 1-3 working days. Please allow up to 5 days for special, custom made orders. I ship to your paypal address (unless you tell me otherwise) and I always double check in case your address in Etsy is different.
Unless otherwise stated, the item in the picture is a sample and you will receive either a stock item or an item made to order.
All items are shipped in a recyclable gift packaging .

Delivery in Greece may take up to 4 working days but normally it is faster.
Delivery within the EU (registered mail) may take up to 1 -1,5 weeks.
Shipping in the USA and everywhere else in the world is via REGISTERED MAIL** and delivery time is estimated to 1,5 -3 weeks. It can take less or more to arrive to you but I'm afraid I cannot accept responsibility for delays due to the postal service of your country!

**Registered Mail means the postman will come to your home to deliver directly to you. If you are not there, a note will be left for you to go and pick your item from your nearest post office. Registered mail comes with tracking number.

IMPORTANT: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. In the unlikely event of a delayed delivery your patience is greatly appreciated.If your order is intended for a special occasion or festive event, please order well in advance.

If an item has been delayed in arrival, please let me know! No refunds or replacements will be made until six weeks of nondelivery from date of shipment has passed. This is because it can take up to six weeks for international orders to arrive at their destination due to customs. It might end up getting there safe and sound!

Should an item, either domestic or international, arrive damaged, please contact me! I might ask you to send a photo and describe the condition of the item and the packaging so I can be better prepared in the future.

If an item is being shipped directly as a gift to a friend or loved one, please let me know! I am happy to include a gift note if you'd like, please just leave this info for me with your order at the notes to seller box.

Please be informed that you are responsible for all taxes and customs in your country.

Also, in the unlikely event I have made a mistake with your order, I accept to resend it of course but if the mistake is on your part (wrong address for example) then we'll have to wait for the item to be returned to me before I can ship it again (and I'm afraid you will have to cover the shipping cost!)

Here are some tips to keep your handmade treasures in good condition for longer:
Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, creams etc. and make sure you keep them out of the sea or the shower.
