General Data Protection Regulation Policy (GDPR)

1. Introduction

1.1 What data does Bez Creations collect?

When an order is placed via Facebook or our webshop we ask for the following information in order to process your items and dispatch them to you;

Full Name
Address
Email Address

1.2 How do we collect this data?

This data is supplied to Bez Creations at the checkout process via our webshop or through PayPal in case of an invoice payment. We receive the details you select at the time of ordering. Information is then stored on our webshop account and/or Paypal, so we can dispatch your parcel to the correct address. We also receive an email from our webshop or PayPal, confirming a purchase has been made, and the address you have requested, we send the items to.

1.3 Why do we collect this data?

We require your Full Name & Address so that we can send your parcel to the correct place of residence once it has been completed. We also ask for your email address, so we can either send an invoice or get in touch with you should there be a problem or to send design previews of items should you require them.

1.4 Do we share this data?

Your data is not shared with or sold to any outside individuals.

We only share your Full Name & Delivery Address with the delivery company, you choose at the checkout process, in this case, Royal Mail. This is so your parcel can be delivered to you. Royal Mail holds their own Privacy Policy which can be read through the link provided below.

2. How do we keep your data secure?

2.1 Data stored digitally

The information collected during the checkout process is stored securely on our website server and/or PayPal.
The ONLY individual with login access to these two accounts is yours truly. At no point are your Credit Card or Bank details revealed to me, they are securely stored by our webshop provider (ETSY) and/or PayPal. These two sites hold their own privacy policies which can be read here:

Devices in my possession that have access to my accounts are as follows;

Dell Laptop – Password Protected
Sony Xperia Z5 Mobile Device – Password Protected

I employ security measures on all of my devices to ensure data is stored securely.

2.2 Data stored as a hard copy

Invoices and payment receipts with your information present are currently printed and stored for tax purposes only. These are kept in a ring binder that is securely locked away in a cabinet in my work room.

3. Requesting a Copy of the Data I hold

3.1 The process

You can request a copy of all the data I currently hold on file for you. I am legally required to provide this to you free of charge and within a month of the original request.

4. Requesting we delete all data we hold

4.1 The process

If you want me to delete all information I have on file, I am legally required to do so, should you request it.
