Shop policies
• All items will shipped within 2-10 business days of received payment barring custom work or otherwise noted.
• I do customised works. Have a look to my stuff and email me with your preferences.
• If you see an item that I’ve sold is no longer in the shop, convo me. I may be able to make it again, but note the some pieces are just unique.

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
• Please note due to health code concerns earrings can not be returned.
• If you for some reason are dissatisfied with your purchase please let me know. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis but I am amenable to exchanges and store credit.
Payment
• I kindly request payment immediately upon purchase. Transactions will be cancelled after 48 hours of non-payment. If you have any problems with the payment process, please contact me. I reserve the right to re-list items any product after cancel purchased.
I reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.
Shipping
• Shipping within Europe normally takes 1-2 weeks.
• Shipping to the USA and other countries outside Europe takes approximately 2-4 weeks. Please note that sometimes a package can be delayed beyond this due to customs checks or inclement weather.
• Unfortunately priority shipping offers no tracking or insurance. If you want your parcel to be sent with insurance, please contact me before payment and I will send you an adjusted invoice.
If you choose not to insure your item I cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or misplaced orders.
Also note that some products in my shop include registered mail already.
• The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges and duties incurred on their purchases or shipment of the item.
• Please make sure that your postal address submitted during checkout is the right one for the delivery. We will ship your order to your Etsy registered address. If you need your order to be shipped with different address, please notify us when you make a purchase, if that is confusing I will not ship the item until you have confirmed the correct address.
• All orders are packaged and shipped in a bubble envelop to prevent damage in shipping.
• You are welcome to upgrade to “track and trace mail” to track your order, please convo me for more information.

I try to take the pictures as natural as possible; there might be a small difference in colors.
Some of my listed items may be customizable in terms of colour, size, clasp style, hook style, etc. Please note there may be any charge for some customizations.
