Frequently asked questions
Can you make the print out to me when you sign it?
Absolutely! Just add a note to your order with your name (or the person's name you'd like me to make the print out to when I sign) and I'll be sure to include a personalized print for your order.
How big are the prints?
The prints are sized at 8.5" x 11"
What kind of paper do you use for the prints?
I print on high quality 100lb matte white cardstock. This way, if you don't want to frame the print, you can still have a print that's strong enough to stand on its own.
Does the frame come included?
Frames in the photos are not included.
How long does shipping take?
I ship all orders via Canada Post in order to provide the lowest shipping cost possible. As such, I cannot guarantee how long the orders take to ship (Canada Post gets really busy especially around peak periods like Christmas). If you'd like, tracked and/or express 2-day shipping is available at extra cost for orders within Canada - although I always recommend just ordering early and shipping with the low-cost shipping option provided.
For international orders, please message me to arrange custom express shipping.
How do you package the prints for shipping?
I ship everything with Canada Post's cardboard Photo Mailers - they're durable, heavy-duty mailers that ensure the prints stay nice and pristine when they get to you!
