TURNAROUND TIME
Current turnaround time before shipping is currently 3-5 business days.
If you need your order sooner, please contact me BEFORE ORDERING to arrange rush processing. Additional fees may apply.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Warm iron if desired. Do not iron the names on personalized bandanas and it is preferred to lay personalized items flat to dry to extend the life of the heat transfer vinyl.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because sizing can be difficult, I do offer returns and exchanges on unused, non-personalized items. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. In cases where the buyer has simply changed their minds about purchasing, buyer will also be responsible for a $3 restocking fee along with return shipping charges.
Personalized items are not available for return or exchange (except due to an error on my part) and items shipped internationally cannot be exchanged unless the buyer agrees to pay additional shipping charges.
As an alternative, I also offer a complimentary snap extender--simply contact me!
