Loved it! Thanks for working with me on my special order.
Handmade with care in the USA.
Growing up, my mom made a lot of my clothes, including a few matching pieces for my Barbie dolls. A quilter at heart, she was always willing to let me tag along to her quilt guild meetings and helped me gain an appreciation for the art of making something by hand (& machine). I cannot claim to be a quilter like my mom or nearly as talented as my grandmother (who made my mother's wedding gown and much more). My mother shared her love of fabric and gift of sewing with me.
As a new mom-to-be I received an incredible diaper cake. I loved it and wanted to try my hand at it - my way. Shortly after, I was given a gorgeous set of handmade burpcloths & I wanted to try that too.
I set out to teach myself how to machine applique, with my basic, non-digital home-sewist machine. I am happy that I have never committed to purchasing an embroidery machine as I first intended. I like that my designs are all mine (and my husband's - he is the true artist).
I have used this as an outlet for my energy and need to create as a stay-at-home mom. As a small business owner, I have been building something that keeps me happy 'on the side.' My products continually change and I love the constant "tweaking" that goes into making a small home- based business work for me and my family.
Owner, Maker, Designer
I was taught to sew by my ever-patient mom, starting with Barbie clothes and purses. Both product lines in my shop were inspired by my mom's talents and gifts I received during my first pregnancy. I love having a shop to share what I love to create.

Additional policies and FAQs
I will not copy designs (including fabric combinations for outfits and/or individual pieces) and expect the same courtesy in return. I am proud to be a part of a supportive, respectful and cooperative handmade community.
Measurements and size charts for handmade items are often included in listings. I always available to work with you on special sizing requirements. If you, the customer,
provide measurements, your order will be created using those measurements and CANNOT be refunded for any reason. If you are uncertain of the correct sizing, please message me and I will be happy to work with you to find the very best fit for your child.
I do not include measurements for appliqued tees and onesies/bodysuits, as I use pre-made/manufactured blanks for these products. While I try to only use products that fit 'true to size', please read all descriptions. Every once in a while, a product shrinks, or runs too small or too large, but I have made every attempt to note these variances within the listings.
