This is simply beautiful. It was packaged well and arrived quickly and in great condition. It is beautiful on my wrist and all proceeds support a non-profit shelter helping homeless teens in Utah.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your item, please let me know ASAP so we can work it out. If your purse rips or tears beyond repair (from reasonable use) within the first 30 days, you can put that money towards another purse in my shop or custom order.

Payment

Payment must be recieved within 2 days of purchase. I will not ship the purse until payment is recieved. Notification will be sent 2 days after purchase, if payment has not been received. If payment is not received after first notification then the order will be canceled.

For custom orders, I ask 50% of the price up front for materials. This is non-refundable. When the order is finished, I will place a reserved listing up for you. I will only reserve listings for one week. I will send an email requesting payment at that time. If I do not received payment within 2 days of that email, the listing will become open.

Shipping

I ship in the US using USPS. Please convo me if you have a specific shipping method preference or if you want your tracking number.

If you're an international customer, please convo me with your preferred method of shipping and I can give you a quote. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and BiblioBags is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information, refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
