My supplies business came when i started selling my Handmade Designs. People kept asking "where dya get that button!?..." and so new Etsy shops were born.
I still sell my handmade creations: SnowFish.etsy.com but my supplies are the business.
I source eco / UK products wherever possible.
I support small independent ethical business - and i guess you do too! :) so we already have important stuff in common x

Welcome to PomPom Crafts and Supplies. I have been trading online and on etsy for over 12yrs - you might remember this shop as BIGFISH some time ago.
I am Creative, Kind & Courteous. I'd like to think that my fellow Crafters share these values.

My preferred payment method is PAYPAL.
I only accept cash / card payments via personal local transaction.

Your items will not be sent before full payment has been cleared. No exceptions.

You are responsible for paying taxes and import duties that your country levies on parcels entering from outside of your borders. This is not the responsibility of this shop or shop owner.

Shipping

This is a UK shop based in Rural Warwickshire.
All parcels are sent via ROYAL MAIL.
No insurance is offered unless you have ordered a large and costly number of items and have made arrangement with me prior to shipping.

I ship parcels on Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Fridays only.

Shipping rates around the world will change due to rising and falling inflation.

All shipping charges are final and when you pay for your items you agree to the shipping fees also. Shipping fees cover MORE than simply 'postage'.
