I will accept returns on regular sales as long as they are returned in new unused condition within 3 days of receipt. Return shipping fees are paid by buyer. Return refunds are for the purchase price only. Buyer is responsible for original and return shipping.
When sending item back, please get a delivery confirmation number.

No refunds or returns on CUSTOM key fobs, quilts and cut fabric! No exceptions!

Deposits for custom quilts are non refundable due to the nature of the sale. Custom quilts require the purchase of fabric and other materials ahead of time and are specifically tailored to each customer's wishes.

I require signature confirmation and insurance with any purchase over $100.

If you do not provide a correct shipping address, the USPS cannot guarantee delivery, so please make sure you have everything correct before purchasing:) I cannot be held responsible for incorrect information and therefore am not obligated to refund your purchase!

My preferred method of payment is through PayPal. You can use your credit card with PayPal - you do not need to create an account. I also accept money orders if this is your preference.

Wristlets,key fobs, and key chains are shipped within the U.S., Canada, and Australia using USPS First Class Mail.
If you order more than seven key fobs (within the US), I will ship them Priority Mail.
Quilts will ship via Priority Mail within the US.

I am pleased to ship internationally from the United States. I hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Shipping fees in my listings do NOT include any tariffs, taxes or duty fees, which may be required for you to receive your purchase. It does include insurance and package tracking. All duties, VAT, import taxes, customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items requiring CN22 (or any other customs declaration forms) will be marked as merchandise and the total amount paid, not including shipping charges, will be notated. In the event VAT, Tax, Custom Fees or any other fees collected by your country are due at time of delivery they are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered or reimbursed by BiggiWink Sewtique. Failure to pick up your item may result in them being returned to me. Refunds will be given on merchandise i.e. fabric, thread only and merchandise refunds are not extended to custom orders or custom prepared items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


If you are unhappy with your purchase because the item was not as listed in my description, please contact me within 14 days of receipt before returning it. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, as they were when they left my store. I am not responsible for any damages or issues caused by the shipping carrier. I will refund only the purchase price, and only after I receive the product back. I will not refund any shipping fees. Please read the listing carefully and ask any questions before purchasing.
