Can't say enough positive things about this professional-quality and absolutely beautiful dress. Welcome to Big Love Designs. All items are handmade by myself with lots of love, care and attention to detail. My designs are simple, yet sharp and striking, using high quality beautiful fabrics. For custom orders please contact me directly and I will be more than happy to discuss material and design with you.

Orders are currently 1/2weeks to be made and shipped.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns and exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied I will be happy to work on a refund or exchange with you. Your purchase has to be in its original condition and packaging and I must be notified within 7 business days of receiving your order. The customer will be expected to pay shipping costs on refunds.

There are no refunds or exchanges on items damaged or lost by Postal Services.

Payment

Payments are accepted through Paypal using your credit /debit card or a Paypal account. A Paypal account is not required to make a purchase!

As the majority of my items are made to order I will not commence with an order until payment has been received. For this purpose please pay within 48hrs of placing an order. A sale will be cancelled and the item relisted if payment is not received within this time frame.

Shipping

Please allow up to 2 weeks for production on made to order products. This time frame depends on current demand, I will try my best to get your item to you a lot sooner than this! I will also let you know when your product is ready for shipping.

Ready to ship items will be posted out the next business day - if not that very day!

Please note that Big Love is not responsible for duty tax or potential delivery delays that may apply within certain territories.

Please convo me regarding a shipping quote if your country is not listed.
