I use USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail if the weight permits. International packages are shipped by First Class International postage. Most ready to ship items will ship in 1-3 business days from the time of your cleared payment, Monday through Friday. Made to order items shipping times vary and will be stated in each listing. Q: There are no plushies in your shop. How do I order?
A: I restock my etsy shop usually every Sunday. My items have been selling out almost immediately after listing, that is why you don't see any in stock. I suggest following me on Instagram (@bijoukittyshop) or my Facebook VIP page (bijoukitty VIP) for exact dates and times of restocks. If you are serious about purchasing, I suggest setting a reminder and being here and refreshing the page directly at restock time. Have your payment information loaded and ready for immediate check out for best results. I am not taking special/custom orders at this time.

Q: How much are your plushies?
A: Simple Bears/Bunnies are $95 for a large (16"), $75 for a medium (12") and $45 for minis (7")
I am starting a new series of products in 2019 called the Luxury & Limited Line. These include items with especially luxurious fabric or more intricate designs that will only be offered in a limited quantity. The price point for this line is currently between $100-$200, depending on the item.

Q: How do I know what will be available at the next restock?
A: The day of restocks, I post pictures on Instagram of exactly what will be available. I also give sneak peeks and restock event reminders on the bijoukitty VIP Facebook page.

Q: I purchased a plushie for a friend -and/or- I helped a friend cart a plushie. Can I change the ship-to address now that I have an order?
A: No, you need to add your friend's address to your account and have it selected *before* purchasing if you want me to ship directly to them. In order to ensure accurate addresses, tracking info, shipping charges and to prevent fraudulent purchases, I can no longer change the ship to address after your purchase.

Q: How do I clean my plushie?
A: Washing Instructions: place plushie in a pillow case and tie a knot. Wash on gentle in cold water. Air drying in a sunny spot is ideal, but in a pinch, place the plushie in a pillowcase on NO HEAT in the dryer. Lightly fluff with fingers or a brush when dry.
