Customer satisfaction is top priority for us at Bijou's Happy Paws Boutique. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt of the product for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

Please be sure to include your name and reason for return so we can continue to improve our service. We will respond to your email and send a confirmation message with instructions for your return shipment.

Terms and Conditions for Returns
Refunds will be credited when all items are received by Bijou's Happy Paws Boutique. The items being returned must not be damaged and be in original packaging. When requesting a refund, your paypal account will be credited once your return is processed. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your paypal account for the returned item and a request for payment for the new item, plus shipping and handling. Once payment is received your new item will be shipped.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent) . For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

Items are carefully inspected for damage before being shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after receiving your purchase for directions on returning the item (s) for an exchange or full refund. All claims MUST be made within 24hrs of receipts of order.
