Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Jewelry Supply Returns

If for some reason your jewelry supply purchase does not live up to your expectations, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price not including the original shipping charges. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt for return approval. Returns should be carefully repackaged and mailed to the return address provided. All items returned must be in original condition. Upon safe receipt of your return, I will process your exchange or refund. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Vintage Collectibles Returns

Please note that, at the present time, returns are NOT available for all used vintage collectible items. These items are being sold "as is" and are therefore not returnable. Due to the nature of selling delicate or heavy vintage pieces, it is not feasible for me to offer returns on these items. So please ask any questions you have about the item before purchasing. I will be happy to send additional photos. Also, I will carefully wrap each piece to ensure it is delivered to you in good condition. But if you item does get damaged during delivery, I ask that you please contact me because most items will be shipped with insurance. I will work with you to process the claim and once received, you will be reimbursed the full purchase price plus any shipping charges if not shipped free.
Payment
Payment is expected upon purchase via Etsy's direct check out process. Direct checkout is a payment method that offers buyers the option to pay by PayPal, credit card, debit card, or Etsy Gift Card.

Sales tax will be charged on all sales as dictated by state law. The United States Supreme Court ruled in South Dakota v. Wayfair on June 21, 2018, that states can require individual sellers to collect and remit sales or use tax on sales delivered to locations within their state regardless of physical presence. Several states have enacted laws requiring marketplaces such as Etsy to collect for their sellers. Etsy calculates the state sales tax rate (they can vary from location to location, and item to item) for the shipping address, charges the buyer, and sends the tax owed to the state on behalf of the seller. As such, I have no control over the sales tax that is charged on your order. I do not receive the tax funds and I do not remit them to the states. This is all handled by Etsy for me. At the present time, I do not have the ability to exempt sales from sales tax.
Shipping
Once payment is made, I will ship your package within 3 - 5 business days. Your purchase will be safely wrapped and shipped to avoid breakage and/or damage. I typically ship via United States Postal Service First Class or Parcel Select Mail but can ship Priority or FedEx if requested. Please e-mail me for the revised shipping cost for alternate methods.

Shipping fees vary by item. So please refer to the individual listing for domestic and international shipping fees. If you would like to insure your package, please e-mail me before making your purchase and I will make the necessary adjustment to the listing.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees and/or duties associated with their purchase.

Regarding lost packages, I ship all domestic packages with a USPS tracking number. Once a package is shipped, I will notify you with the date shipped and the tracking number. I cannot be responsible for packages that are lost where no insurance was purchased. Insurance is at buyers request if not specified in the listing.

Regarding vintage items damaged during shipment, I will carefully wrap each piece to ensure it is delivered to you in good condition. But if your vintage item does get damaged during delivery, I ask that you please contact me because most vintage items will be shipped insured. I will work with you to process the claim and once received, you will be reimbursed the full purchase price plus any shipping charges if the items was not shipped for free.
Privacy
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information for a custom orders, if you contact me directly.

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

* as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

* if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. * Etsy - I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
