Hi, I'm also known here on Etsy as Bijoutery, where you can find all my jewelry, ACEO's, and other art.

I have more supplies than I need, so I decided to open a brand new shop! Please contact me at any time during the purchasing process if you have any questions!

Returns and exchanges
I try to represent everything truthfully in my photos and descriptions. Please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions or concerns about an item in my store.

All requests for refunds must be made within 5 days of receipt. If you want to request a refund, please contact me through Etsy with an explanation as to why you want a refund. If approved, you will need to return the item in its original condition (return shipping costs is responsibility of the buyer). Upon receipt of the item in good condition, the seller will have a choice of options as outlined below.

Options available include reimbursement (minus shipping) for the item, or replacement with an alternate item of the buyer's choosing.
I currently accept Paypal. Please make sure you have the correct address on your Paypal account - I can only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses.

Per Etsy Policy, if you are paying by PayPal, payment is expected immediately; if you have problems using the checkout please contact me so I can help!

You will be notified if payment is not received in a timely manner. After 3 days with no payment via PayPal & you have not replied to communications sent (convos, emails, invoices), orders will be canceled and relisted.

Please remember that when an item is purchased on Etsy it is considered a contract - please do not purchase if you don't intend to actually do so.
All items are usually mailed 2-3 days after purchase. Upon shipment you will be notified of expected arrival date and tracking information. Please allow for delays due to holidays and inclement weather. For international buyers please also allow for delays due to customs.

Shipping charges include: postage, packaging, & delivery confirmation.
Insurance is optional to keep costs down, and seller is not responsible for packages lost if buyer opts out. Please contact me if you would like to add it, and I will edit the listing to include it and will reserve it for you.

All items are shipped via First Class Mail. While this usually takes a few days, please be aware that according to USPS policy it can take weeks depending on the routes it takes. Priority shipping available for quicker service - please contact me if you would like this option!

International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International.
Please note: tracking/INS is cannot be included - please contact me if you would like to add insurance - will require International Priority Shipping.
Buyer is responsible for all customs fees if applicable.

Shipping Issues
All items are packed carefully and always include delivery confirmation and insurance on all orders over $20. If an insured item is lost or damaged during shipping, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact both me AND the USPS. If an item is damaged, please save the packaging -this is required for reimbursement.

Remember, insurance is optional to keep costs down for buyers. If you choose not to purchase it and the package is damaged/lost, seller is not responsible.

While I have yet to encounter any problems shipping my items, I know it can be frustrating & upsetting when this happens for both the buyer and seller. I will work with you to bring the situation to the best resolution possible.

Reserved Listings
Reserved listings are available upon request for some items, please contact me for details. Once up, you will be contacted with the location of the item in the store. All reserved listings are expected to be paid within 5 days of being listed, after this they will be made available to the general public.

Refusal of Sales and Service
Due to the unfortunate rise in online scams, I reserve the right to refuse sale and service to anyone at any time to protect myself if I believe the situation warrants. Please be aware that if you do commit fraud, charges will be filed against you.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are arranged before being made. Details will be discussed and agreed upon, and payment expected up front in most cases. Refunds are not available on custom orders.

My items are not intended for young children as they do have small parts that pose choking hazards, as well as materials that may be harmful if swallowed. Please do not let children play with these materials, or leave it where they can get to it. Seller is not responsible.
